1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Inside Referral CRM (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

The Service is provided for legitimate business use managing your own client and referral relationships. You agree not to use it to send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, TCPA), to upload content you don't have the right to store, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants' data.

4. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the contact and relationship data you store in the Service. You're responsible for having the appropriate rights and consents to store and use the contact information (including your clients' and referral partners' personal information) that you upload. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's handled.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers you connect yourself - including Google/Gmail for sending email, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging, and Stripe for billing. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms, and any costs or limits they impose (e.g. Gmail's daily sending limits, WhatsApp's per-message pricing) are between you and that provider.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Billing; downgrading to the Free plan takes effect immediately and best-effort cancels any active paid subscription.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of the messaging features.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date above.

10. Governing Law
